Welcome to Interior360.app. By accessing or using our civil work services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Interior360 offers residential and commercial civil work services including construction, renovation, structural work, tiling, plumbing, electrical, and finishing. All services are subject to mutual agreement and written confirmation.

2. Estimates & Quotations

• All estimates are based on initial site assessment and client requirements.
• Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
• Any changes to scope after project commencement may result in additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments shall be made in agreed phases (e.g., advance, mid-project, completion).
• Delays in payment may affect project timelines.
• GST and other applicable taxes are additional unless specified.

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on normal working conditions. Delays caused by force majeure events (weather, strikes, material shortages, etc.) will be communicated and timelines adjusted accordingly.

5. Material & Workmanship

• We ensure the use of quality materials and skilled labor for all civil work.
• Specific brands or materials requested by the client must be confirmed in writing.
• Clients are encouraged to inspect materials before work begins.

6. Site Access & Safety

• The client shall ensure free access to the worksite during working hours.
• Interior360 maintains safety protocols, but the client must keep the site free from unauthorized persons during active work.

7. Cancellations & Delays

Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations after work begins may be subject to charges for completed stages or procured materials.

8. Warranty & Liability

• Interior360 provides a standard workmanship warranty of 6 months from completion.
• Damages due to misuse, third-party interference, or natural calamities are not covered.
• We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from service delays or disputes.

9. Intellectual Property

Designs, plans, or proposals shared by Interior360 remain our intellectual property unless otherwise transferred in writing.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in your local district or as mutually agreed upon.
